School festival part2

This year I do not take part in school festival. Because I retired my own club team. Then I am going to be free for five days. So I am going to go to Kumamoto University school festival. This is my first time to see other school festival. In Kumamoto University I have many friends. So I am look forward to see them very much. Kumamoto University has many many students I guess. But Kumamoto Gakuen University also has. I want to feel other school mood. My friend is going to hold food booth. She said maybe fried chicken or fried potato food shop. I want to go her booth. I think school festival will be good friendship system. Because we can meet old friends or new friends. I want to use this time and I want to enjoy that day.

Kumamoto food

Basashi
Kumamoto has many delicious and special dish products. The first one is named Basashi. It is a rear meat of horse. We can eat it with sashimi. This product is very famous and popular. When tourists will come to Kumamoto most of them will eat it.
Karashi renkon
Second product is Karashi renkon. It is a kind of lotus root and it covered with mustard and flies it. So it is very hot and spicy! But when we drink we often eat them with garnish. In a New Year's Day, we eat Osechi that means special dish. In Kumamoto we eat karashi renkon.
Taipi-en
Third product is Taipi-en. It has a bean-strarch vermicelli and many vegetables and seaweed and so on. For example carrot, cabbage, egg, bamboo shoot, Judas's-ear and so on. These materials are very healthy and low calorie. It is very popular among young woman. Not only them but also all age people and tourists likes it.

dinner

Today's dinner was chicken fry! My mother can cook very quikly. It was very good!

Aso

I went to Aso that day. And we went to Daikanbou. Unfortunatly the day was rainy. But I could see fog Aso. In the top of Aso was very cold. About 23 degree. I had a good driving time!

school festival

I had good memories for school festival in last year. My club held food boos. It name was Yaseuma. It was production of the Oita prefecture. It was very easy to cook and very delicious.

Next we make club objection. Our main terme was The kingdom of narunia. We separated two groups and many many works for long time. Maybe about one month. We cut wood plate and paint color, this work were very hard and tired for us. For this time all of us were tired every day. But in the day we can complete it and show the audience was very exiting and very happy. Last night festival we were cry and appreciated.
